The Righteous Gemstones S4E-5 (Max)
Just the most belly laughs.
SNL -Jack Black (Peacock)
Chaotic good. Everyone looked like they had so much fun.
The Weekend Update guests just keep getting better.
Someone give Ego her own show, plz.
Hacks S1-3 rewatch (Max)
I’ve made it to season 3, and it’s just such a well-written show. It’s one of the ones that I never want to end (as long as they stay on the path they are on). I want to see what these characters do forever. Not even just Ava and Deborah, but ALL of them.
I’m dying to see how Kayla and Jimmy are doing, I need updates on Kiki’s life, and I want some information on what’s going on with Marcus.
This is such a well-rounded, understood, and perfectly written cast of characters. I adore it.
The White Lotus – S3E8 (MAX)
This one deserves its own post, so here it is. It probably won’t be up until Thursday. I’m taking my time this week.
Abbott Elementary (Hulu)
I dunno what it is, but ever since the Always Sunny episode, this show feels a little off. It feels like it is trying more to hit typical traditional sitcom beats, instead of letting the stories unfold naturally and human-ly. Don’t get me wrong, watching it is still one of the highlights of my week. I adore all the characters.
I dunno, maybe some of the drama feels fabricated for drama’s sake? Or maybe I’m just sad at the prospect of anyone being the principal but Ava.
Whatever it is, I’m still excited for the Sunny version of the crossover. Hell, I’m just excited for more time with the Gang.
Australian Survivor Season 12: Brains vs. Brawn 2 E19-20
The episode is a little late this week because we did some beekeeping on Saturday instead of editing. Listen to us talk about the latest two episodes of this fabulous season of Australian Survivor here.

Dimension 20: Never Stop Blowing Up
We blew through this one SO FAST, y’all. The gameplay is exciting, and the story is engaging throughout. But the best part, the best part is… it’s characters playing the make ‘em ups.
Let me explain. So, in normal D&D, it’s like a person, say… me playing the game as a character. But in this season, the players embody a character who gets sucked into a movie as another character. It’s like the Inception of Improv, and it’s my favorite.
It reminds me so much of the Brawl, my favorite comedy thing of all time ever (this format would fit well on Dropout.tv, Sam Reich. Just saying.)
I can’t believe I am watching people I don’t know play D&D more than I am any other television at the moment, y’all. They are so nice and supportive of each other; it does my soul (and my heart and my brain) good.

Smartypants (Dropout TV)
Whenever I see the little yellow “new” in the corner of Smartypants on Dropout.tv, I get a little tingle of excitement. This week was no exception.
Here’s what the society members brought us on Smartypants, season 2, episode 3.
